Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our trail cameras. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return conditions
- The trail camera must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- The original packaging must be intact
- All accessories (SD cards, batteries, media, etc.) and documents must be included
- Proof of purchase is required (invoice or purchase order)
Returns process
- Initiate the return: Contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone to obtain a return authorisation number (RMA)
- Carefully pack the camera in its original packaging
- Enclose the RMA and a copy of your invoice in the parcel
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service department
Return postage
Return postage is at the customer's expense, except in the following cases:
- Camera faulty or damaged on receipt
- Shipping error on our part (incorrect model, etc.)
Refund
Once the camera has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. The refund may take 5 to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
Exceptions
Some items are not eligible for return for health or safety reasons:
- Used SD cards
- Opened lithium batteries
- Cameras customised or modified on request
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a camera for a different model, please follow the same process as for a return. Once the refund has been processed, you will be able to place a new order for the camera you require.
